Nice blog. I have got zero response or interview calls from past 4 months of job search. I apply on LinkedIn and company sites. What do you suggest

Thanks for the amazing insights, Hanshika. My 2 cents on this:

While this approach is very valuable, it makes more sense for companies/startups who tend to look at each application personally. The trend we see, nowadays, is that a majority of the applications get screened either via AI/OCR or inexpensive manual resource.

I'd guess less than 5% of the companies/startups actually look at each application thoroughly.

Do you think this mass behavior reduces the efficacy of this approach, and, just maybe, make it less useful than keyword stuffing?
